What do I do when I receive an order?
First of all, you have sold an artwork - congratulations! You will be notified by email and by a notification on your phone. In the app, go to the shop and tap on the “Orders” tab. There, you will the “Pending” artworks that have been ordered. Tap on an order, and change the status to “Confirmed”: This will confirm the sale to the buyer by email. After fulfillment (sending the artwork to the buyer), you can change the status to “Shipped”.
